Race Ready Fitness Shares Core Body Workout For Motocross
Personal trainer Chris Cousins is no stranger to motocross. The fitness trainer and owner of Race Ready Fitness has been riding and racing motocross his entire life. He can be found at almost any national motocross or supercross event, coaching several top riders on maximum physical conditioning for motocross and supercross racing. When not working with the pros, Chris is usually at local amateur motocross events within the state of Florida. He also spends lots of time working with paraplegic rider Darius Glover, winner of 2012 Extremity Games Motocross Race. Darius lost the use of his legs in a motocross accident but remained determined to continue racing and winning. Without the use of his legs out on the track, Darius has learned that top ‘core body strength’ conditioning is absolutely imperative for ultimate success. Chris recently told Chronic MX that he was creating a new updated ‘Core Body Strength’ workout for several up and coming Loretta champions, as well as for pro racer Ricky Renner. Chris states that ‘core body strength’ is easily the most important physical strength needed for the sport of motocross. Chris offered to share this new workout routine with Chronic MX riders…try it out, and meanwhile stay tuned to http://www.facebook.com/ChronicMotoX for the more motocross fitness tips. Cheers Chronic MX.
